Ms. Rosenbaum is particularly knowledgeable in the area of appeals, and is often hired as a consultant by other immigration lawyers. The preeminent legal publishing company, LexisNexis has published her articles on immigration law and civil rights. Ms. Rosenbaum is an Immigration and Appellate Advocacy law professor, actively volunteers with organizations such as La Raza Centro Legal, the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights, the National Immigration Project (NIP), and has held leadership positions with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the National Lawyers Guild (NLG), and NLG Immigration Committee. She was on the planning committee of the 2011 AILA CA Chapters conference where she also presented on immigration and the terrorism bar, as well as authored an article on the subject, and c0-edited the conference publication. The AIDS Legal Referral Panel (ALRP) granted her a “Hero Award” for her pro bono legal services. Ms. Rosenbaum mentors law students and new lawyers. She is licensed to practice law in California and is in good standing. |
