No Immigration Reform Under Biden, Yet

The Biden Administration has not created a new path to getting a green card. There is no new amnesty or immigration reform. President Biden has issued another immigration Executive Order. While it starts a conversation about migration from Mexico and Central America, conspicuously absent is ending the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) forcing migrants to stay in Mexico to await their chance to apply for asylum in the United States.
